Briefing
Creation of a short promotional video for the product launch of the BLEASS ARPEGGIATOR music app. The video should visually expand on the existing BLEASS logo, embracing a modern, sleek, yet playful aesthetic. Highlight the app's innovative functionality, creative freedom, and seamless integration with popular DAWs. The tone should be energetic and inspiring, appealing to both amateur and professional music producers.

The problem
Based on the few existing assets, the graphic conception was solely based on the app logo and the app's UI, which shows a segmented circle in alternating blue and white shades. In order to underline the functionality of the app, including the diverse hands-on options and almost artistic handling of user input, a style was established that is reminiscent of hand drawn acrylic painting.

Concept Development
Based on this concept, around 1000 individual images were generated using modern AI tools to show a vast amount of different interpretations of the hand drawn segmented circle, which served as the basis for creating the animated sequences.

Concept Development
The created background sequences were finally complemented with a minimalist image of the actual iPad app in the foreground, providing a focused direct insight into the UI and live application of the app.

The Music
The emotional anchor for the visual concept was to be created through the creation of appropriate music. To underline the analog aspect of the hand-drawn images, an acoustic piano was chosen as the main instrument. What's special: The music was programmed in such a way that the viewer can follow the creation of the arpeggiated piano sequences live. A MIDI-controlled system makes it possible to change the backgrounds in real time with every single MIDI note.
